Webcomic 1
Some comics I drew for fun, inspired by xkcd.
Logging

Is it weird that this comic is “true”? I’m the student in the chair, and the teacher is my AP Human Geo teacher. We were learning about the Rwandan elephant tourist attraction as a case study in ecotourism, and she mentioned said this offhandedly. I’m not too sure why the idea of elephants being used to calculate logarithms (perhaps it was because I was reading some wikipedia page on how logarithm tables were compiled before computers existed earlier), but I found it rather amusing.
This is the first comic I’ve drawn. I used xkcd characters as a reference, and am pretty happy with the result. I decided to make “Beret Guy” (though I always think of him as “Poet Guy” in my own head) as the one in the thought bubble, since talking to animals, and making them do math is something that only he is naive enough to do.
Fire at Will

It is implied that “Will” is the leftmost person in the first panel, and is shot by “Black Hat”, after Black Hat misunderstands (or is it on purpose…) the commander’s order to “Fire at Will”.
I thought of this comic in 3rd grade, if I remember correctly? I don’t think this is too interesting. Actually, when drawing this I was curious if other people had already made something like this, which turned out to be indeed true.
